House of Faith

This row house is twenty-five feet wide and feels forty miles long. Faith's House reaches up and angles out to find views of the downtown skyline in front, and sweeping vistas across the Bay in back. It observes the orthographic conventions of a typical San Francisco type, but displays an equal yearning for individual flights of fancy. It embodies the merger of order and exhilaration. Above all, it reaches beyond polite parameters, without chaotic result, renewing and extending the conventional with a pointed commentary of its own.
