With the same essence of our first Potrero Hill project located on 698 De Haro, these five buildings continue the whimsical modern interpretation of a townhome. Working with the same developer to subdivide a 15,000 sq. ft. lot into 7 separate lots for 12 residential units; the 5 two unit buildings and 2 single family homes are located on a corner sloping site with magnificent views of the San Francisco skyline. Each building terraces down the hill allowing each to share the views along with nontraditional bay windows to best capture the unique views. The buildings have a mixed visual character created by articulation of the facades, a variety of materials, color, and window proportions. Construction is scheduled to commence in the spring of 2017.
