Located on a busy thoroughfare in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood, this urban infill project provides two modern townhouses. The two units are mirrored horizontally, the lower unit with a master bedroom to open to a rear garden with a view and the top unit with a roof deck to create a priceless sunny view of San Francisco. The mix of traditional façade materials, metal stairs and canopies provide for a modernist interpretation of a row house.
