Alice Street
Located within a short walk from Lake Merritt in Oakland, this urban infill building completes a graceful corner in a neighborhood consisting of offices buildings and apartments. The project proposes a six story 74 unit apartment building, over amenity spaces and garage. The units will vary in size and will consist of millennial units, studios, one and two bedroom units. The exterior façade will include a mix of materials along with patios and recesses to articulate the façade.
