Zoe Studios is a 16-unit live/work building located in San Francisco's South of Market area. Our client desired a plan to maximize the unit count and variety of unit sizes. These units offer maximum drama, volume and natural light. Carefully structured fenestration produces a dual scale on the façade. The loft units are two-story high cubes of space, with a curved mezzanine above a kitchen/bathroom core. This circular sleeping loft floats within the space of the unit, and furthers the sensation of enormous spaciousness.
