Carefully preserving a brick façade in the Van Ness Avenue Historic Auto Row District, this seven story building is set back to not overwhelm the historic façade and steps up to the sky providing 22 units. Private decks will be provided for most units as well as a large landscaped roof deck. The front façade was designed to complement the historic façade and include traditional punched windows, painted horizontal siding, and large horizontal porcelain tiles installed in a running bond pattern to mimic the brick below. The project has parking on the ground floor and 22 one and two bedroom units on the 6 floors above. Construction is scheduled to commence in the fall of 2017.
